The Position
My Customer Connection is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and outstanding customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in communication, and has a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Follow up on leads to close sales opportunities or schedule meetings, consistently achieving monthly performance goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles.
- Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to also excel independently.
- Organized, efficient, reliable, and proactive.
