
Business Development Representative

We are a business process outsourcing company that is expanding into new fields. We have a friendly atmosphere and a growing workforce. We are fully remote, with occasional video meetings. We are looking for answering service Agents with great customer service skills, basic computer skills (must pass a computer literacy test), the ability to speak with a smile in their voice, and the ability to work well on a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling appointments across multiple time zones
- Conveying information clearly to callers and our customers
- Utilizing CRM software to take down customer information and record a detailed summary of each call
- Must be fluent in English
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software, Slack, and Google suite
- Quick learner with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be both a team player and individual contributor
- Organized, efficient, reliable, and proactive
- Spanish speaker is a plus
